What this site is

This site shares general information about supplements, nutrients and wellness. It is written for readers who are curious about the topic. It is not medical advice. See our Disclaimer.

How our articles are made

We are open about this: our articles are drafted with the help of AI tools. The site team chooses the topics, gives the AI its instructions, and approves each article before it is published. Where an article is published in several languages, each language version goes through the same approval step.

• Related articles are AI-generated from topics suggested by the site team. We instruct the AI to stay factual and not to invent science, studies or numbers.
• Ingredient articles are also AI-drafted and list references. The links to those references are checked automatically, and the site team reviews the result.

What we do not claim

• Our articles are not reviewed by a doctor, dietitian or other health professional.
• Many Related articles do not yet carry a reference list. We are reviewing them, and we will add sources or remove statements we cannot support.
• AI can make mistakes. Treat anything that matters for your health as something to confirm with a qualified professional.

Our standards

• No claim that a supplement diagnoses, treats, cures or prevents a disease.
• No study, journal, year, author or statistic is named unless it comes from a source we have been able to point to.
• Supplements are described as food products, not medicines. Results vary between people.
• Product mentions are kept separate from general nutrition information wherever we can.

Commercial relationship

This website is owned and operated by Team Partner #21519663, an Authorised FitLine Independent Distributor of PM-International. We may earn a small referral commission if you buy or join through links on this site. This does not change our editorial standards, but you should know about it when you read our product-related pages. More detail is in our Disclaimer.

AI assistant

The chat assistant (Elaine) is an AI. It gives general information and can make mistakes. See our Privacy Policy for how chat messages are handled.
