Who we are

This section of the site (myhealthnwellness.com/eu/) is operated by Lance Ngo, trading as MyHealthNWellness. I am an independent content creator sharing what I've learned about nutrition — I am not myself an Independent Distributor of PM-International. Some links on this site use the referral code of an Independent Distributor of PM-International who is a family member of mine; I do not receive any commission from these links. What we collect

We collect personal data only when you choose to give it to us — we don't require an account to browse or read articles on this site. Specifically:

  • Contact form / membership enquiry — name and email address you voluntarily submit.
  • WhatsApp & Email — information you choose to share when contacting us directly.
  • Usage data via Google Analytics 4 — browser type, pages visited, time on page, approximate location (country/city), and device type. This data is anonymised and aggregated — we cannot identify you individually from it.
  • Cookies — see the Cookies section below.

We do not collect payment information, ID/passport numbers, or any other sensitive personal data. Purchases and membership sign-ups are completed directly on PM-International's own platform (fitline.com / registration.pm-international.com), which has its own privacy policy governing that data — we never see or store your payment details.

Why we process it, and our legal basis

  • To respond to your enquiries via WhatsApp or email — legal basis: your consent, given when you submit a form or message us (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
  • To refer you to FitLine/PM-International via a family member's distributor referral code, if you choose to browse products or join — legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
  • To understand how visitors use this site so we can improve it (Google Analytics), and to remember your language preference — legal basis: our legitimate interest in running and improving the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), balanced against your rights — you can object at any time (see Your Rights below).

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the site, under their own data-processing agreements:

  • Google Analytics 4 — anonymised, aggregated usage data (see above), used to understand site traffic.
  • Hosting provider — Hostinger, who stores the site's files and any form submissions.
  • WhatsApp (Meta) — if you message us via WhatsApp, that conversation is subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy as well as ours.
  • AI service providers — some site features (such as content localization tooling) use third-party AI services (e.g. Anthropic) to process article content — not visitor personal data. If we introduce an AI chat assistant for visitors on this site, this policy will be updated to describe what visitor input that feature sends and to whom, before that feature goes live.

International transfers

Some of the service providers above (including Google Analytics and Anthropic) may process data outside the European Economic Area, for example in the United States. Where that happens, we rely on the safeguards those providers offer by default for accounts like ours — typically the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses built into their standard terms of service. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry/contact data until you ask us to delete it. Google Analytics retains event data for 2 months and user-level data for 14 months, per our account's retention settings.

Cookies

This site uses first-party session cookies to remember your language preference, and Google Analytics cookies for traffic analysis. Where cookies are not strictly necessary for the site to function, we ask for your consent before setting them.

⚠ Known gap — no consent mechanism is live yet. This paragraph describes how cookie consent should work, but there's currently no actual consent banner on the site to deliver it. A stated cookie policy with no real consent mechanism behind it doesn't satisfy the ePrivacy Directive — this needs a real banner built and deployed before this page accurately reflects the site's practice, not just this sentence updated.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Request erasure of your data ("right to be forgotten")
  • Restrict or object to our processing of your data
  • Receive your data in a portable format
  • Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent
  • Lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority

Children

This site is not directed at, and we do not knowingly collect data from, children under 16.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
